It was a greedy lion and started killing animals in the forest indiscriminately. Seeing this, the animals gathered and decided to approach the lion with the offer of one animal of each species volunteering itself to be eaten by the lion every day. So every day it was the turn of one of the animals and in the end came the rabbits' turn. The rabbits chose a old rabbit among them. The rabbit then strode along to the Lion by sunset. The Lion was angry at him. But the wise rabbit was calm and slowly told the Lion that it was not his fault. He told the Lion that a group of rabbits were coming to him for the day when on the way, an angry Lion attacked them all and ate all rabbits but himself. Somehow he escaped to reach safely, the rabbit said.
He said that the other Lion was challenging the supremacy of his Lordship the Lion.The Lion was naturally very enraged and asked to be taken to the location of the other Lion.
The wise rabbit agreed and led the Lion towards a deep well filled with water. Then he showed the Lion his reflection in the water of the well. The Lion was furious and started growling and naturally its image in the water, the other Lion, was also equally angry.
Then the Lion jumped into the water at the other Lion to attack it, and so lost its life in the well. Thus the wise rabbit saved the forest and its inhabitants from the proud Lion.

Hope you love it! #AnimalsStories The forest was an amazing place to be in, animals moved freely, there were no bad animals until today when Lion betrayed Elephant. Long before Lion became the king of the forest, he and Elephant were best friends who did everything together. Both of them ruled the forest, but Elephant was much respected because he was big and this was not a concern to a lion because he was also regarded to as being fierce. The lion became jealous and wished he was not only fierce but also bigger because he felt that animal respected the Elephant than him. Lion then planned with the fox to inform the animals that they needed only a king, not two. The people agreed and then started demanding that they want a king, not two. The elephant was sad because he loved ruling with his best friend Lion. The lion was happy inside but pretended to be sad in the presence of Elephant. The animals then decided that for them to be able to choose a king, both Lion and Elephant must race and the winner becomes the king. Lion and elephant agreed and a day was fixed for the race. Lion did not want to lose, he then planned with Fox to make the Elephant lose the race. The race began between the best friends. They were supposed to race through different parts of the forest but arrive at the big tree at the centre of the forest where the animals were patiently waiting for their future king. After a while, the animals saw someone coming, thinking it was the Elephant, they started cheering his name but were surprised when they saw Lion. They accepted Lion as their king and crowned him as the king. After the coronation and celebration, animals started getting worried because the elephant was nowhere to be found. They separated to different routes in search of the Elephant. They didn't see him until they heard a voice calling for help from a deep pit and later discovered that it was Elephant when they got closer. They all struggled to bring him out because he was hefty and big, and was successful after a lot of efforts. They helped him home where he narrated his ordeal of how he was racing and suddenly met himself in a deep pit. Cuckoo told everyone that he had seen….Fox digging the hole. Fox was called and he denied but after lots of pressure, he confessed and told them all that he dug the hole and used leaves to cover it so that no one could suspect and that was why elephant didn't see it. He also said that he was following Lion's order who threatened to eat him if he does not do it. They all turned to Lion but king Lion lied that he didn't send Fox. Some believed him while others didn't. After much investigation, lion was found guilty. An election was then conducted in the forest and all the animals rejected lion as the king. All the animals greed to make the elephant king for his sincerity and exiled lion from the forest because of his cruelty MORAL: Always be true to your friend, do not betray them. At that time, Pig was the best cook in the whole of the animal kingdom. King Lion said, “I need an animal that can cook me different delicacies whenever I want them. I am tired of eating the same kind of food again and again. I want to taste something different.” One day, King Lion called for a contest among all the good cooks in the animal kingdom. He said any animal that wins the contest will become the royal cook. All the good cooks in the animal kingdom began to prepare for this contest. Even the animals who were not good cooks were determined to learn how to cook special delicacies so that they can please king Lion. The day came at last. The day all the animals were waiting for. The day the royal cook will be chosen. Horse said to goat, “Pig will win this contest. He is the best and most experienced cook in this kingdom.” Goat replied, “some other animals may have been training in secret so that they can beat Pig in the contest. Friend, we can't be sure until the contest is over.” The whole palace was filled with noise as animals began to cheer their own candidates to encourage them and increase their morale. Some were cheering Pig, “Pig, you are best! Pig, you are the best! Pig, you are the best!” Some other animals were cheering Giraffe, “Giraffe, you can do it! Giraffe, you can do it! Giraffe, you can do it!” As Lion stood to address the crowd, all the animals reduced their voices so that they could hear what he had to say very clearly. King Lion said, “This is the day we have all been waiting for. Particularly, this is the day I have been waiting for. The day I will choose my cook who will cook me many delicacies. Now, let the contest begin.” All the good cooks as well as the other animals in the kingdom began to cook as fast as they could, but patiently. They wanted to impress king Lion by all means. They made different delicacies that would cause the mouth of any animal to water. King Lion himself was really eager to know the winner. At the end of the contest, Lion assigned different animals to judge who the best cook is. Pig emerged the winner of the contest. His food tasted very great. King Lion was deeply satisfied. But just as he was being celebrated by the other animals, he ran out and rolled himself in the mud. When King Lion saw this, he was displeased. He declared that Pig would no longer be his royal cook because of his dirty habit. Then he appointed Giraffe in place of a pig.
